Ingredients

 
Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
  As Required Vegetables, general clean, cut and boil in stock
2 Nos. Tomatoes clean, cut and boil in stock
3 Teacup Vegetable Brown Stock clean, cut and boil in stock
1 Medium Chillies Green clean, cut and boil in stock
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) clean, cut and boil in stock
1 Teaspoon Garam-Masala Add to boiling stock
a Few Mint Leaves (Pudina) Add to boiling stock
  As Required Ghee For tempering
1 Medium Onion Sliced for tempering
  As Required Salt to taste
  As Required Vinegar to taste

Method

Cut the assorted vegetables in small quantities, and clean them and boil in water till they turn soft.    Mash the vegetables in a grinder, into a pulp, boil and strain.   In a cooking vessel, heat some ghee and fry 1 sliced onion, and pour the strained vegetable broth, and add  salt, vinegar to taste or lime juice to taste,
