Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
Six Teacup Water For boiling potatoes
100 Grams Potatoes Wash and cut the potatoes, peel and mash
2 Medium Onions Peel and slice, boil and mash.
One Teacup Milk Add
One Tablespoon Butter Add
Half Teaspoon Pepper Powder Add
Half Teaspoon Garam-Masala Add
Half Teaspoon Salt Add

Method

Wash and cut the potatoes and 2 onions, and boil them in water to pulp.   Stir and mash well. Strain through a sieve.  Add milk, butter, pepper powder, spice powder, salt to taste, and boil for ten minutes. Serve hot.  For six persons.
