Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
200 Grams Barley, Pearl Wash and soak.
1-1/2 Teacup Vegetable White Stock To boil with barnely
100 Grams Potatoes Pare nad cut in cubes and boil
1 Medium Onions sliced
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder Add
Half Teaspoon Salt Add

Method

1. Wash required quantity of pearl barley, and soak for half an hour.
2. Boil it with any vegetable, or white stock   See in Soups and Soraks. .for about one hour.  
3. Temper with ghee and sliced onion, and add some pepper powder and salt to taste.
