Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Medium Cauliflower (Phool Gobhi) Cut and clean.
500 Grams Corn Flour For paste
500 Grams Flour, All Purpose For Paste
  As Required Chilly Powder, Red For Paste
  As Required Ginger Garlic Paste For Paste
  As Required Salt to Taste
  As Required Bread Crumbs For Rolling
  As Required Cooking Oil  

Method

1.cut and clean the cauliflower.
2. boil water with salt and add the cauliflower and boil till half cooked.
3.remove the florets from water and drain well.
4.mix all the ingredients mentioned to make paste with water till droping concistency
5.dip the couliflower in the paste and immeadeatly roll in the bread crumbs.
6.deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
7.serve hot with tomato ketchup.
 
 Tips
1.couliflower should not be cut very small.
2.roll properly in the bread crumbs to give proper coating.
3.you can roll and keep in the refregrator ahead.
