2 Teacup Drumstick Leaves Cut ad tightly backed
2 Teaspoon Cooking Oil for tempering
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed (Sarson) for tempering
2 Teaspoon Dhal, Urid (white) for tempering
2-3 Medium Chillies Red Dry for tempering
1 Medium Onion Fry in oil, finely chopped.
1/4 Teaspoon Sugar, Table  
  As Required Salt  
1/4 Teacup Coconut scraped (fresh)  

Method

Carefully separate the leaves from stalks.  Wash and drain, keep aside.
Heat oil in vessel, and season with the items given for that purpose.
Add finely chopped onion and fry till transparent.
Add the drained leaves, salt and sugar.
Keep stiring to blend the salt.   Water will ooze out, which helps . Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
The volume will reduce as it is cooking.
 As the water evaporates increase the flame to evaporate excess water.    
Add grated coconut at last and give a fry for a minute.
