Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1/2 Teacup Soya Granules Soaked in warm salt water
4 Large Potatoes Boiled and mashed
1 Large Onion Finely Minced
4 Medium Chillies Green finely minced
1/2 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) finely minced
3 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) finely minced
1 Teaspoon Garam-Masala to taste
1` Salt-Spoon Salt to taste
1 Bunch Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) finely minced
1/2 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina) finely minced
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice OR VINEGAR to taste.

Method

Remove the Soya granules from the water, after they have turned spongy. Squeeze all the water, and wash again. Squeeze well again and mix all the above ingredients, form into croquettes and fry in a shallow pan.
