Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
3 Medium Potatoes boiled and peeled.
2 Tablespoon Flour, Gram /Chana Ata Make a batter
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red For the batter
  As Required Salt for taste
  As Required Cooking Oil for frying

 

Method

Boil the potatoes, and peel the skins.   Make thick round slices,   Make a batter of gram flour and chilly powder mixed with a little salt to taste.   Apply the batter to the slices of potatoes and slightly roll them, to apply the batterr evenly.

Heat cooking oil in a flat pan, and fry the potato slices till they turn golden brown.
