1 Medium Mogen (spotted cucumber     ) Cut in cubes
  Tablespoon    Coconut Oil For seasoning       .
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed (Sarson) For seasoning.
1/2 Nos. Coconut scraped (fresh) For garnisjh

Method

Wash the mogen, and remove the stem.    Cut it first into half, then remove the seeds, and pith.   Make one inch cubes of the vegetable and wash.   

Cook in a little water, just covering the vegetable, and when done, pour over it a seasoning of mustard, and garnish with scraped coconut, and a little salt to taste.
