Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
250 Grams Cauliflower (Phool Gobhi)  
1 Medium Onion cut in vertical slices
2 Medium Carrots (Gajar) Cut in one inch plies, and then vertical slices
3 Medium Chillies Green Remove stems and cut vertically
1 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Lightly pared, and shedded
1/2 Tablespoon Chilly Powder, Red For add to frying pan
2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder For add to frying pan
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder For add to frying pan
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil For frying vegetables
8-10 Nos. Curry Leaves (Kadi patta) Wash, dry and fry
  As Required Salt to taste
  As Required Water to cook
2-3 Tablespoon Mayonnaise To blend

Method

Sauté all the above ingredients, except the cauliflower in a pan.
Add cauliflower, cut into florets,  and fry these in the  pan.    
Add salt to taste.
Fry 10  Curry leaves  .  Add water as required  and cook the vegetables.   
Take out of the pan and keep in a mixing bowl, and put mayonnaise on top, and mix.
