Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
4 Large Potatoes Boil, peel and slice
1 Pinch Turmeric Powder sprinkle
1/2 Teaspoon Salt sprinkle
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil for frying

Method

Boil the potatoes, and peel them when they have cooled down, and make thick slices. Spread them in a vessel, and sprinkle salt and turmeric powder so that the slices will appear golden.

In a flat frying pan, put the cooking oil and heat it and then fry the slices till they turn golden brown.
