Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
6   Chillies Green Grind
1/4 Nos. Onion Grind
1/4 Tablespoon Coriander(Dhania) Grind
1 Ball Tamarind small ball to taste Grind
500 Grams Brinjals - black shiny -(Baingan)  
500 Grams Drumsticks  
200 Grams Prawns fresh or dry
1 Pods (whole) Garlic (Lason, Losun)  
1 Pinch Mustard Seed (Sarson)  
1/2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer)  

 

Method

Grind the above mentioned masala to fine paste.
Cook vegetable add ground masala when boiling add prawns
Season with garlic.
