Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil for frying onions
2 drops Onions Cut fine into mince
Half Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red  
One Teaspoon Coriander/Dhania Powder  
Half Teaspoon Jeera Powder  
1, 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala  
Half Kilogram Corn American From Vegetable Vendors
1 Salt-Spoon Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Vinegar  
3 Tablespoon Shev - Readymade for garnishing.

Method:

First sauté the onion ns in hot cooking coil.   Once the onions leave colour, add all the powder masalas, salt to taste and vinegar fry for one minute, and add the uncooked corn and leave it to simmer for five minutes.   Once it is cooked, switch the gas off and when it cools down, add the shev on top as a garnish.
