Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Medium Cauliflower (Phool Gobhi) Boil in pepper powder
1 Pinch Pepper Powder For boiling cauliflower
4 Tablespoon Flour, Gram /Chana Ata For the dipping batter
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red For the dipping batter
A Little Salt For the dipping batter
6 Tablespoon Ghee For frlying the florets.

Method:

Boil the cauliflower with pepper and salt.

Prepare a thick batter with gram flour, chilly powder  and water and salt to taste.  

Remove the cauliflower from the water, and separate the florets and dip each in the gram flour batter, and fry in hot ghee.
