Ingredients

 

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
50 Grams Dhal, Chana Soak rice and all dals
50 Grams Dhal, Moong Soak rice and all dals
2 Tablespoon Dhal, Urid (white) Soak rice and all dals
3 200 g Onions Mince
6 Medium Chillies Green Mince
1 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Mince
A Few Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) Mince
250 Grams Cabbage - Green *Patta Gobhi) Mince
Half Nos. Coconut (Narial)  
50 Grams Rice, Raw Grind rice with dhals
1 Pinch Asafetida (Hing) Mix with batter
A Little Salt Mix with batter
3 Tablespoon Ghee Keep ghee or oil on fire,

Method:

Soak rice and all dals after cleaning them. 

Mince onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, make a fine mince of cabbage, scrape coconut. 

Grind rice and the dals and mix all the other ingredients well. Let the dough be dry. 

Form into cutlets. 

Keep a flat  frying pan with ghee or oil, on fire  and when very hot, gently slide  the cutlets on to the frying pan and fry on both sides.
