Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
250 Grams Sweet Potatoes  
1 Teacup Flour, Gram /Chana Ata  
A Little Chilly Powder, Red  
A Little Turmeric Powder  
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda  
  As Required Cooking Oil  
A Little Salt to taste

Method

Scrape the skin and cut the sweet potatoes  into thin slices.   

Make a fairly thick batter of  gram flour and chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt , baking soda and water.   Dip the slices in the batter and fry in oil .
