Ingredients

500 Grammes Potatoes
500 Grammes Raisins
2 Kilogram Sugar
500 Grammes Sugar, Browned
6 Bottle Water
500 Grammes Wheat - whole.
100 Grammes Yeast - dry

Method

Burn half kg sugar and when it has cooled mix all ingredients in six bottles of water, and put in an airtight earthenware jar. Keep in a cool and dark place. Do not shift the jar. Keep for 21 days in the jar. Strain through double muslin. Keep in black bottles and stand till the wine clears.
