1500 Grammes Chicken For frying
1, 1/2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red For marinade
1 Nos Egg Yolks Beat for batter
2/3 Teacup Flour, All Purpose For batter
1, 1/2 Teacup Flour, All Purpose  
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt mixture of dried ground garlic and table salt
1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste For marinading.
1, 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Corns Crushed
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper Powder For batter
  As Required Salt For batter


Combine flour, garlic salt, giner paste, crushed pepper and red chilly powder and  set aside.

Prepare batter with 2/3 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c.  Water, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 egg yolk, beaten

Combine flour and seasonings in bowl. Combine egg yolks and water. Add gradually to dry ingredients. Heat oil in deep frying pan. Dip chicken pieces in seasoned flour, then batter, then back in seasoned flour. Fry in hot oil 15 to 18 minutes until well browned. Drain on paper.
