Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Nos. Lettuce Iceberg, chopped
4 Medium Onions White variety, minced
5 Medium Cucumber (Kakhdi) Pared and chopped
250 Grams Tomatoes Whole Cherry Tomatoes (small round)
200 Grams Corn American Sweet Corn
200 Grams Pine Apple (Ananas) Chopped
3 Nos. Egg Whites Boiled and Chopped
1 Nos. Bell Pepper (Shimla Mirch) Chopped
1 Tablespoon Vinegar White
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Corns Crushed
50 Grams Mint Leaves (Pudina) Chopped fine
2 Teaspoon Mustard Seed (Sarson) Coarsely ground

Method

Please add all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl mix it well and add sugar for taste if needed.  Add salt to taste.  Let it chill in the refrigerator.

Tip:

Mix vinegar and salt into the salad when you are ready to serve, to avoid the salad from leaving the water.
