Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
One Kilogram Chicken Wash clean and cut
Two Bunch Onion Leeks-Spring Onions Chop Finely
Four Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) Chop Finely
Three Medium Chillies Red Dry Remove stem, and break
Two Tablespoon Cooking Oil Heat oil in a wok.
A Few Nos. Pepper Corns Add amd fry
Two Teaspoon Honey (Madhu) Add
Two Tablespoon Soya Sauce Add
  As Required Salt Add to taste

Method

Wash clean and cut the Chicken into small pieces, and keep aside.
Chop the Onion Leeks fine.
Chop the Garlic into fine flakes.
Break the Dry Red Chillies by hand and de seed it.
Take a Wok or Kadai and pour Two Tablespoons Oil into it.
Add the Dry Red Chillies and the Garlic into the Wok.
Sauté for 2 min on slow a flame.
Add the Onion Leeks and let it fry till it loses colour.
Add the Pepper Corns (after crushing them coarse).
Add 2 teaspoons Honey and let it fry till all the contents of the wok turns brown.
Add Soya Sauce.
Add the Chicken pieces. Let it fry till the meat is cooked.
Make sure the consistency of the preparation dry.
In the end add salt to taste.
