1, 1/2 Teacup Rice - Pre cooked  
100 Grammes French beans  
100 Grammes Carrots  
100 Grammes Capsicums - Green  
4 Sticks Celery  
1 Bunch Onion Leeks  
2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce  
1/2 Teaspoon Ajinamoto  
4 Teaspoon Olive Oil  
  As Required Salt to taste
  As Required Chillies Green Soaked in Vinegar for a day
  As Required Chilly Sauce, Red To Serve

Method

1. Boil the rice. Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate.
2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
3. Chop the leaves of the spring onions.
4. Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables and Ajinomoto powder.
5. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Add the rice, soya sauce and salt. Mix very well and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
