1 Nos Capsicums - Green
1 Kilogram Cauliflower
2 Teaspoon Chillies Green
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
2 Teaspoon Corn Flour
0.5 Teacup French beans
2 Teaspoon Garlic
2 Teaspoon Ginger
2 Salt-Spoon Salt
0.5 Teacup Sweet Corn
0.5 Teacup Tomato Puree
Method:
 
Chinese Vegetables In Hot Garlic Sauce
 
 
1.Cut the cauliflower into ten to twelve pieces. Slice the capsicum. Parboil the sliced French beans and the sweet corn, or baby corn and keep aside. Finely chop ginger, garlic and green chillies
.
 
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan on a high flame. Add the ginger, garlic and green chilies and stir fry over
a high flame for a few seconds.
 
3. Add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Add the tomato puree.
 
4. Mix the corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add to the vegetables.
 

5. Add the salt and cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.
