Stir Fried Brocolli and Noodles

Ingredients

Quantity Measure: Ingredient Description:
1 Medium Brocolli cut into florets
2 Teacup Cold Water
1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
1 Tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
2 Packet Noodles ready made noodles with
  seasoning packets
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Pinch Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoon Til oil (sesame oil)
2 Teaspoon Vinegar White

 

 Method

1.Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Reserve the seasoning packets and cook the noodles in boiling salted water till tender but firm.

2.In a bowl, prepare a sauce by mixing the contents of the seasoning packets with corn flour, soy sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes and water.

3.Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and fry briefly till soft. Add the blanched broccoli florets and keep stir-frying on medium-high heat for about 3  minutes or till the broccoli is crunchy but tender.

4.    Stir in the sauce, cooked noodles and saut
