Ingredients 

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
4 Teacup Strawberries  
3/4 Teacup Sugar, Table  
2 Packet Gelatin unflavored gelatin.
1/2 Teacup Water Cold
1/2 Teacup Water Boiling
2 Teacup Whipped Cream  
1/2 Teacup Wine, White  

Method

Reserve a few of the strawberries to use for garnishing.   Process the remaining strawberries in a blender.   Add the sugar and white wine; then stir thoroughly. Chill.   Soften the gelatin in the cold water.

Add the boiling water; stir to dissolve; then allow to cool.  Combine the gelatin and strawberry mixtures, then beat until fluffy and slightly thickened.  Fold in the cream.   Pour into a non-stick 2 quart mold. 
Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
