Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder  
1. 1/4 Teacup Ghee to roast rava
1. 1/4 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina"  
1. 1/4 Teacup Milk  
5 Nos. Banana ripe, chopped
1.1/4 Teacup Sugar, Table  
2 Tablespoon Raisins soaked in water for 2 hrs.

Method

Heat the ghee in a curved pan  and roast rava till it exudes aroma.   Remove the rava from the pan and keep aside.

Heat the milk in the same pan and lower the flame. Add to the hot milk, the roasted rava, chopped bananas, sugar and blend  well.   Finally add raisins and cardamom powder
