5 Medium Potatoes peel and cut
Half Teaspoon Mustard Seed (Sarson) Fry
Half Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Fry
A Pinch Asafetida (Hing) Fry
3 Medium Chillies Green Fry
A Few Curry Leaves (Kadi patta) Fry
Half Teaspoon Turmeric Powder Add
Two Teaspoon Lime Juice Add
A Little Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) Add

Method

1. Boil potatoes and peel and cut into cubes.
2. Fry mustard seeds, jeera, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, Asafetida (Hing), in cooking oil.
3. Add potato cubes to the masala, and cook on low flame.
4. Add Turmeric Powder, lemon juice, salt and Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) to taste.
