3 Teacup Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) picked and washed and chopped
1 Teacup Flour, All Purpose For mixture
1 Teacup Flour, Gram /Chana Ata For mixture
1/2 Teacup Pea Nuts (Ground Nuts) Coarsely ground
2 Teaspoon Teel. (Sesame Seeds) Powdered
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red For mixtrure
1 Teaspoon Sugar, White For mixture
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste For mixture
1/2 Teaspoon Garam-Masala For mixture
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder For mixture
1/4 Teaspoon Soda bi-carbonate For mixture
  As Required Cooking Oil For deep frying
  As Required Salt To taste

Method

Mix flours, sesame seeds, coriander leaves, peanut powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala,     soda bicarb, ginger-garlic paste, sugar and salt.

Add water and make a thick paste.   Heat 2 tbsps oil and add to the
paste.

Grease a  thali and spread the paste evenly. Steam for 15 minutes in an idli steamer or pressure cooker,  without using the weight.

Remove and cool. Cut into diamond shaped pieces.

Heat oil and deep fry these pieces.

Serve hot with green chutney.
