Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
1 Tablespoon Butter  
1 Tablespoon Milk Cream fresh
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder  
2 Tablespoon Pumpkin, White-Green Grated pulp
1/2 Teaspoon Salt  
2 Bundles Spinach (Palak) Pureed in blender
2 Teacup Water  

Method

Wash spinach well. Put it in a large vessel. with 2-3 pinches salt and add  white pumpkin and boil till soft. (3-4 minutes after boiling) Take of fire and put in colander. And pour cold water over it.

Blend in an electric blender till smooth. Add water, mix and take in a deep pan add all other ingredients, except cream and bring to a boil. Serve hot.

Beat cream and pour over the soup, when slightly cooled..
