Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1/2 Kilogram Beef Cut in small pieces
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder Marinade
1 Teaspoon Garam-Masala Marinade
1 Tablespoon Meat Curry Powder Marinade
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste Marinade
2752 Teacup Curds Marinade
  As Required Salt For taste Add
3 Nos. Cardamoms (Elaichi) Add
2 Nos. Cloves (Lavang) Add
2 Stalks Cinnamon (Dalchini) Add
2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed (Sarson) Seasoning
2-3 Nos. Onion Leeks-Spring Onions Seasoning chopped
4-5 Medium Green Chillies Seasoning slit chillies
2 Twigs/Sprigs Curry Leaves (Kadi patta) Seasoning

Method

1)  Clean and cut beef into small pieces.

2)  Marinate the beef pieces with turmeric powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, meat masala, ginger garlic paste and curd for sometime.

:- No water should be added to the marinade !

3)  Add salt, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon.

4)  Cook the above marinated beef mixture in a open  pan for 20 - 30 mins.

5)  Heat oil in another pan.

6)  Add mustard seeds.   Allow them to splutter.

7)  Add chopped onions and sauté.

8)  When onions turn light brown, add curry leaves and green chillies.

9  Add the cooked beef and keep it on the flame until the onions and the gravy mixes well to make a paste.
