Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina" fine quality
1/2 Teacup Flour, Rice  
1/8 Teaspoon Soda bi-carbonate  
2 Medium Chillies Green chopped fine
1/2 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Grated
1 Teaspoon Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) chopped fine
2 - 2,1/2 Teacup Buttermilk (Chach, Muttaha)  
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil  

Method

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.    Add more buttermilk if necessary.
Add grated ginger .

The batter should be relatively thin. salt to taste Keep aside for 20 - 30 minutes.
Heat  ioil on a griddle and pour 1 large spoon of batter on it   shallow fry
Spread by gently rotating the griddle.    Roll the Dosa in a three-fold cylinder.
Put some oil (1/2 tsp.) over Dosa.     Lift with a spatula as for basic Dosa.

Serve hot with onion and/or coconut chutneys.
