500 Grams Beef - Mince  
3 Medium Onions finely Mnced
2 Medium Chillies Green finely Mnced
12 Nos. Mint Leaves (Pudina) finely Mnced
1/2 Bunch Cilantro (tender coriander leaves) finely Mnced
1 Nos. Eggs beaten
  As Required Bread Crumbs  
1 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) finely Mnced
8 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) finely Mnced
  Little Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Roasted and Pounded
1 Teaspoon Coriander(Dhania) Roasted and Pounded
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red  
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder  
1/2 Teaspoon Garam-Masala  
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder  
2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce  
2 Tablespoon Lime Juice  
  As Required Cooking Oil for frying

Method

1) Mix together real well the following ingredients: beef, soya sauce, lemon juice, salt, ginger root, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, onion, mint leaves, coriander/cilantro leaves, green chillies,  black pepper and egg. (You can also blend them together to a coarse paste for a variation.)

2) Form into 16-18 cutlets that are of a diameter of around 2 inches when flattened or make them 3 inches across so get around 11-12.

3) Coat well with the bread crumbs or semolina.

4) Heat a little oil in a pan (about a tbsp per round) to a medium high and shallow fry on low for around 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are well done. (Add a little more oil if needed).
