Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
1 Medium Brinjals - black shiny Roast on stove.
4 Medium Chillies Green Mince
1 Inch Ginger Mince
4 Flakes/Seeds/Cloves Garlic Mince
2 Medium Onions Mince
Half units Coconut Scrape
1 Tablespoon Vinegar Add
1 Salt-Spoon Salt Add

Method

Roast or Steam the brinjal.   When cooled, peel the skin, and mash the pulp.

Mince the masala.     Scrape the coconut, and  mix all the ingredients with a little vinegar and salt to taste.
