Beaten Rice - Coconut and Jaggery 2

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Kilogram Beaten Rice (Poha) Roasted on a tawa
1 Grams Coconut tender  
400 Grams Jaggery  
2 Tablespoon Ghee  
6 Grams Plantains Yellow Ripe  
1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder  

Method

Clean and roast  the beaten rice on a tskillet.  Continue stirring the same on the tawa, till it swell.  Scrape the kernel of the tender coconut.   Grate and scrape the jaggery and mix with it with the scrapings of the tender coconut.  Mix all well with two spoons of ghee.   Cut the ripe plantains cut into small bits and add them to the mixed beaten rice and garnish it with the cardamom powder.
