Ingredients

Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
1 Teacup Maida, Refined Weat Flour For batter
2 Nos. Eggs Beaten for batter
1 Teacup Milk For batter, to mix
1 Pinch Salt for taste

Method

Beat the eggs and gradujally add milk and keep beating.   Add the flour a little at a time, and keep beating, so that no lumps are left.  When the batter is ready, add salt.   You may add a little water if the consistency is too thick.    Start frying after half an hour of keeping it aside.

Flat fry on normal heat.
