| 100 | Grammes | Rava/Soji/"Semolina" |
| 200 | Grammes | Sugar |
Method
Beat sugar and butter to a cream. Add gradually the rava little at a time and then the yolks beaten well. Then little at a time, the flour, and finally the scraped coconut, cardamom powder, lime juice and finally the whites of the eggs beaten well. Bake till it turns brown.
