Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
200 Grams Butter Beat butter and sugar
200 Grams Sugar, Table Beat butter and sugar
6 Whole Eggs Beat eggs and add
250 Grams Flour, Maida - (Refined       ) Add little at a time
1 Teaspoon      Baking Powder Mixed with flour
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg powder Add
1 Teaspoon Essence Add

Method

Beat butter and sugar to a cream, then add eggs beaten well separately.  Add flour mixed with baking powder, little at a time, mixing well.  Now put in the nutmeg powder and any essence and mix well.  Bake till it is brown.
