Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
6 Nos. Lime (fresh) (Limbu) Extract Juice
Half Kilogram Sugar, Table Syrup                     
3 Nos. Nutmeg (Jaiphal) Crush
3 Nos. Cloves (Lavang) Crush
1 Inch Ginger dried Crush
1/2 Piece Liquorice (Mita lakdi) Crush

Method

Cut the limes, and extract the juice, and keep aside for 3 hours for the sediment to settle down.   
 Crush the hard condiments.   
In two cups of water, boil the spices well.  Keep aside to settle down, and drain the top liquid in a thin muslin cloth, and leave out the sediment.   
Place the water on fire again, and add the sugar and boil  As the liquid thickens into a thick syrup, remove from fire and allow to cool.   
Pour the  clear lime juice without disturbing the sediment into a thin muslin cloth, and then add it syrup and mix.    

Mix a part of this with plain cold water before serving.  Add sugar if needed.
