Beef Soup

Ingredients

 
Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
200 Grammes Beef Meat
200 Grammes Beef - Ribs Bones
2 Medium Onions Cut for boiling
2 Medium Carrots Cut for boiling
3 Large Tomatoes Cut for boiling
4 Nos Cloves (spice) Boil with meat
1 Piece Cinnamon Boil with meat
6 Nos Pepper Corns Boil with meat
1 Piece Ginger Boil with meat
  As Required Salt to taste.
1 Sprigs/Twigs Mint Leaves (Pudina) or celery for garnish
4 Teacup Water For boiling

 

 

Method

The meat piece chosen, should not give any color to the stock. Cut and wash the meat and put it in cold water for some time.  Meanwhile, cut the carrots and tomatoes  and wash them. Remove the meat from the water, and place it with all the other ingredients in another vessel, in fresh cold 6 cups of water.   Boil for an hour.  Remove the scum and strain the stock, and add salt to taste.   This is the base for white soups.
