Method
Clean and roast the beaten rice on a tawa. Continue stirring the same on the tawa, till it swells. Scrape the kernel of the tender coconut. Grate and scrape the jaggery and mix with it the scrapings of the tender coconut. Mix all well. Cut the plantains into small bits and add them to the mixed beaten rice and garnish it with the cardamom powder.
