Method
Clean and soak the beaten rice in the water of the tender coconut. Grate and scrape the jaggery and mix with it with the scrapings of the tender coconut. Mix all well. Cut the plantains cut into small bits and add them to the mixed beaten rice and garnish it with the cardamom powder.
