Mutton Bafat with Coconut Juice

Ingredients  

 
Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
3 Medium Onions For Sliced Masala
2 Dessertspoon Coriander/Dhania For Grinding
1 Small Turmeric/Haldi For Grinding
1 Teaspoon Jeera/Cumin Seeds For Grinding
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed For Grinding
8 Nos Pepper Corns For Grinding
8 Large Chillies Red Dry For Grinding
  As Required Salt to taste
400 Grammes Potatoes Peel and cut
2 Tablespoon Vinegar  
3 Tablespoon Ghee  
1 Nos Coconut Scrape and extract juice
1 Kilogram Mutton Wash and cut

Method

  Scrape and grind the coconut,  Extract thick and thin juice.  Cook the meat, ground and sliced masala in thin juice.    Cook till the meat is tender.  Add the potatoes  or carrots, or cabbage. and Salt to taste.  Heat ghee and add to the cooked meat with the vinegar for taste.

Lastly add the thick juice, and simmer for 10 minutes.
