INGREDIENTS:
- 2" Ginger,
- 15 flakes Garlic,
- 4 green chillies,
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds,
- 1 bunch coriander leaves,
- 1/2 cup curd,
- 1 lime,
- salt according to your taste,
- 4 chicken legs.
GRIND: Ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin, coriander leaves.
Mix the paste with curd, lime and salt..Apply to the chicken legs keep aside for 1 hr. Shallow fry.
