Method
Cook the cauliflower florets, in boiling water, with salt as desired. After the vegetable is cooked, remove from water, and separate the florets and spread in a salad bowl.
Peel and slice the onions sideways, to get onion rings. Chop the green chillies and ginger finely. Arrange the onion rings on top of the florets, in the salad bowl, and sprinkle over them, the finely chopped green chillies and ginger, and sprinkle vinegar on top, with a little salt to taste.
Some prefer to wash the rings, to remove the tangy taste.
