| Few | Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) | wash and mince fine. |
Method
Boil the potatoes, and when done, peel the outer skins and mash the potatoes into a paste. Mix the minced chillies, ginger and mustard paste, with the vinegar and toss the potato paste in it, and mix well. Top it up, with a little salad oil and add salt to taste.
Layer the paste in a salad dish, and garnish it with minced herbs.
