Method
Wash and cut the tomatoes and peeled onions in round slices. Remove the stems of the chillies, and scrape lightly the ginger and mince them fine. Make a mince of the herbs for garnishing.
In a salad plate, arrange the tomato and onion slices, and sprinkle the chilly, ginger, and herbs, and pour vinegar over the salad, and sprinkle salt to taste.
