1 Pinch Garam-Masala

1 Pinch Pepper Powder
1 Teacup Water
1 Tablespoon Ghee
15 Medium Onions
Method:
Peel and cut the ends of the onions and boil them in a little water and strain. Grind coconut,
jeera, turmeric, and extract one cup of thick coconut juice. In hot ghee brown 1/3 sliced
onion. Then sprinkle Maida and stir. Pour in the coconut juice, pepper and spice powder
and salt to taste. When boiling add onions and simmer for five minutes.
