Rice Soup

Ingredients

 
Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
1 Medium Onion for tempering
6 Teacup Vegetable White Stock (R 128)  
1 Tablespoon Ghee for frying
1/2 Teacup Rice, Basmati Or any good quality

Method
1. Wash the rice well, and hang it bundled in a muslin cloth to drain. 
2. In a  pressure cooker, heat 1 tablespoon  ghee on a stove. 
3. Brown the rice in it while siirring it so that it does not get burnt.  
4. When the rice is brown, pour the vegetable stock close the pressure cooker and cook till rice is soft.   

Add salt to taste and temper it in a little ghee, with sliced onion.
