Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
One Teaspoon Cardamom Powder Sprinkle on syrup
One Teacup Flour, Gram /Chana Ata To be sprinkled on syrup
Two Teacup Ghee Add to syrup
Two Teacup Sugar Melt in water
One Teacup Water To make syrup

Method

Mix the sugar in water, and keep it on fire. When the sugar melts, add the ghee. After 10 minutes, start to sprinkle gram flour on the mixture and a little cardamom powder at a time and stir it all the time. When bubbles start to form, put the mixture on a greased plate, and cut immediately. Allow to cool.
