Method
Beat with a sturdy electric mixer, sugar and ghee well until sugar is melted then add Soji a little at a time and beat well. Now add maida a little at a little at a time and mix well in the same Mixer. Add rose water for flavor and stir. Form into flat cakes like large biscuits. Place on a thali smeared with a little ghee or butter. Bake till well brown. About 35 and 40 Nankatais can be done.
