Green Peas and Potatoes

Ingredients
Quantity Measure: Ingredient Description:
1 Salt-Spoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
1 Inch Ginger
6 Flakes/Seeds/Cloves Garlic
500 Grammes Potatoes
500 Grammes Green Peas
Method:
Boil half kg. Green peas, and half kg potatoes. Peel the potatoes, and make them into
small cubes.

In a vessel, put some cooking oil and heat it, and fry one sliced onion, some garlic seeds
crushed, a few minced green chillies, and a small piece of ginger, minced.

As these ingredients are getting fried, add the peas and potatoes and gently stir them and
add some salt to taste, and garnish with coriander leaves chopped fine, and a little lime
juice.
