Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala  
2 Teacup Curds  
10-15 Nos Mint Leaves (Pudina)  
  Nos Pine Apple Peeled, and sliced.
1 Pinch Rock Salt  

Method

Beat the Curds. Blend well with the lassi, slices of pineapple, pudina leaves in mixer. Add black salt and chat masala according to taste. Serve with ice cubes and pudina leaves.
